I agree that the information provided to me as a registered user is to be treated in a professional manner and that I or my business associates will respect the privacy of all applicant details downloaded.  I accept that the site owners and directors are not liable for the accuracy of the information provided by individuals seeking sponsorship or employment and that any employment contracts entered into between parties using this facility are the sole responsibility of individual parties.  AjobinOz directors and its employees will endeavour to ensure the genuiness of the parties using the service but will not enter into any discussion or be liable under any legislation for the information provided by the individuals utilising this service.  I further agree to inform the site administrator whenever I have entered into an employment contract with a job applicant to ensure that the applicant’s details are removed from the site.
